The heart behind Atomic, Lauren-Ashley has been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 2012 and a Licensed Barber since 2015. She’s all about good vibes, great hair, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome to be unapologetically themselves. From kids’ cuts and color corrections to beard trims and fresh fades, she brings patience, skill, and humor to every appointment. She’s experienced with clients on the spectrum or with sensory sensitivities and is fluent in ASL to communicate with non-verbal guests. You’ll always leave her chair smiling, confident, and feeling your best.

Rhys has been at Atomic since February of 2024 and loves to do all things color - especially fantasy colors and color corrections! He also loves funky textured haircuts, curly cuts, and shorter hairstyles. Rhys loves doing hair because he feels it is such a privilege to help people look the way that makes them feel like their best and most authentic selves!
Outside of work, Rhys loves to travel and go to concerts, and almost always has something lined up - and will probably ask you about any adventures on your horizon as well!

Since early 2025, Taylor has been assisting at Atomic, learning under Lauren and the rest of the team. Taylor enjoys doing blowouts, working with color, and adding fairy hair. The favorite part of the job? Seeing people leave the chair feeling like the best version of themselves. When not at the shop, Taylor is most likely at home snuggling with her cats.

Gracie Jarvis began her journey with Atomic Barbershop and Salon as a client, but her passion for the industry and strong leadership skills led her to become the salon manager. Known for her friendly nature and dedication to keeping things running smoothly, Gracie thrives on meeting new people and creating a welcoming environment for both staff and clients. Outside the salon, she’s a horror movie enthusiast and hosts a podcast where she dives into all things strange and unusual.
